4 Step Process for an Outstanding Service

At Elite Contractors Services, our mission is to provide a highly personalized and creative design experience, outstanding service and quality craftsmanship to our clients. Whether you are looking for a bathroom Remodeling , kitchen remodeling , Basement Finishing, Home Addition or a complete Custom House we are committed to delivering these services as promised, on time and every time within budget.

Step 1: Initial Complimentary Consultation

We meet with you to get a complete understanding of your project, expectations and goals. Scope of work is determined, Style and materials and Ballpark budget is discussed.

Step 2: Construction Contract and Pre Planning Process

Once the Construction Contract is signed we collect 25% of the total budget of the contract and we start Pre-Planning Process. This is the stage where all the behind-the-scenes preparation takes place.

  • Start with a Comprehensive site survey and pictures of your home. In this phase is where we explore design options with regular feedback until we developed a Design and budget refined based on your input. Some Product selections are made in our showroom.
  • This is where we finalize your project drawings (ready for Permit), Building permits Application Process Starts.
  • We will present you with a timeline and the next steps moving forward to prepare you for the start of your remodeling project.
  • Material Ordering Starts.

Step 3: Construction Process

In this stage Building permits is obtained and your project begins on the scheduled start-date. Our construction team typically works Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. as well as some Saturdays during various stages of the construction process. Your on-site Project Manager is the direct contact with Elite Contractor Services and he will keep you inform of any unforseen event during the construction process.

Step 4: Project Completion

In this stage we will complete a punch list prior to project completion.Final walk through with customer. Necessary adjustments are made for complete client satisfaction. Project is completed on time.
