Elite Contractor Services did an amazing job with the family room addition to my home. Not only did Ken and his team add a family room, they also put in a new powder room and a covered porch under my addition. The workmanship is incredible, and I am so happy with the way the addition has added so much space to my home. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the job done once they began the project. I highly recommend Ken and Elite Contractors!!

Beyond Outstanding. I don’t often write reviews, but the quality of work done by Elite Contractors Services has been exceptional. To begin with this large remodel plus addition (1,700 sq feet) was completed on time and on budget, with quality that far exceeded my hopes (a rare event in my experience). Ken’s team converted a two-car garage into a master suite with bathroom and laundry room and built an addition with two offices, a recreation room and an oversize two car garage in four months. The work was completed so that the addition exactly matches the architecture of our mid-century modern house. The addition looks like it was always part of the original home’s construction – right down to the tiniest exterior and interior details. Neighbors walking by stopped to tell us how impressed they were with the speed and quality of work. Ken was able to do this because he has a dedicated crew of seven guys with a foreman who started the first day and worked steadily on our project every day till it was finished (no hopping around from job to job). From the concrete foundation to the final paint, trim, and finish the work, every step met the highest standards. Ken and his team are a dream to work with, and they went out of their way to respond to every one of our requests as the work progressed. They were so responsive that this is the first time I ever had a remodel completed with no punch list at the end. Thank you Ken.

When we considered an addition, after one failed hire we looked around again to try to hire someone on a really tight time schedule and feeling a little burned. We realized once we met Ken that he and his company, Elite Contractors Services, were different. As we explained to him our requirements (building an addition above our carport), he listened to us and actually heard us. He saw the design we'd already paid another company to do and realized that it was completely wrong for us. He grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and on the spot drew a better layout on the fly that was not only a better use of space but also gave us much more of what we wanted.

When Elite’s estimate for the work came in, it was very competitive compared to the other estimates competing companies gave us. We lucked into a situation where our first choice was actually a great deal too. And once Elite started the job, they exceeded our expectations. They were efficient, always kind, very professional and really made an effort to make the construction as low of a disruption as possible.

On the planning side, Elite was with us every step of the way to offer advice, suggestions and even purchase bathroom fixtures for us. They even once met us at a tile store to walk through some options in person. Ana and Maria were thorough, helpful and never pressured us to make any decision before we were ready. Any large-scale construction involves having to make a ton of decisions, and we really appreciated and relied on their support during the project.

As for the construction itself, Ole and the team didn’t just do great work; they always met us with a smile, explained thoroughly when any problems came up and their suggested solutions for it, and also managed to finish the job much earlier than they’d projected and on budget. We ended up with a beautiful new bathroom, a great renovated bathroom, more storage and two brand new bedrooms in an amazingly short amount of time. And the addition from the outside actually looks like it fits the rest of the house too, which doesn't always happen.

So to quickly review, Elite performed the seemingly impossible task of delivering a large-scale construction project on budget, ahead of schedule AND without ever making us feel rushed while accommodating every special request that we had for them. If that isn’t Elite, I don’t know what it is.

We want to thank everyone at Elite for everything they did to turn a drawing that Ken drew up on the fly into a much more functional house for us in an incredibly short period of time. (And sure enough, the house ended up looking just like the original drawing too.)

We’re happy to give them 5 stars, and to tell anyone considering them to use them with full confidence.

I never thought I would rave about an experience with a contractor, but this company is exceptional. We were looking for someone to renovate the downstairs. From the moment we called Elite, they have been diligent, hard-working, and responsible. And the work is beautiful. They completely reconstructed the walls to create a hallway, closed off and renovated a bedroom, completely renovated and enlarged the bathroom, completely renovated the kitchen, and added two windows. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and organized. From the first call, he came by when he said he would, and when the work started, he came by regularly to check on the progress and ensure we were happy with the work. He explained everything, talked through the permit process, explained the requirements to ensure that everything was up to code, and gave us a detailed contract which I have never seen from another contractor. The workers came every day, started working at 8am promptly, and worked until 5pm or after. They were polite, respectful, hard-working, and their work was beautiful and sturdy. They did great work that will last for a very long time. And promptly! They completed a complete renovation in less than two months, and the work is absolutely beautiful. Prior to this, we had had only horrible experiences with contractors. This experience was wonderful. We will call them for everything going forward, will certainly use them again, and highly highly recommend.

Ken and his team were great! Responsive, clean, efficient and the quality of workmanship was flawless. Our project involved a 1000 sf addition to include kitchen, bathrooms and primary bedroom all on a 100+ year old home and required expert carpentry, management of aged plumbing and antiquated wiring. Unlike so many in the construction industry, Elite Contracting is truly a professional organization. I will absolutely use them for our future remodeling needs.

We hired Elite to renovate our mid century home. We presented Ken with a BIG challenge: to renovate almost every part of our home under a VERY tight schedule and to work with us as we made many last minute changes to our evolving design. We are very pleased with the outcome! He finished on time and the house looks amazing. He really does care about the quality of the work and pays close attention to the details. He is generous, patient, and wants your project to be perfect. Ana spent hours on her computer making sure that our kitchen cabinets fit our design perfectly, down to the centimeter.
