2. Do you provide free in-home estimates?

Yes, we do provide free in-home estimates to homeowners. For people that are looking for estimates to help them to make decision in the process of buying a house, we have a $500 fee.

 

 

3. What type of remodeling do you specialize in?

We specialize in whole bathrooms and kitchen remodeling, major home remodeling that includes home additions, basement finishing, and building new homes. Elite Contractor Services is a design and build contractor.

 

4.What is design and build Company?

Instead of working with separate designers, architects, and builders, design-build offers a ‘one stop shop’ with all of these essential players under one roof. The design build model:

5. Do you do handyman work?

No, we do not do handyman jobs such as plumbing or electrical work. We also do not offer window installation, roofing replacement, cabinet re-facing, tiling, or concrete work by itself.

 

6. When you contract work From others, how do you ensure their work is up to your standards?

All major work is done by Elite Contractors Services employees not including the trade jobs such as HVAC, electrical and gas works, which are done by certified and licensed technicians. There will be a project manager assigned to each project as well. He or she will be at the job site on a regular basis to review all work thoroughly and make sure of the quality

 

7. When is the best time of year to do a renovation?

 

Almost any time of the year is a good time for most indoor projects, particularly smaller projects. However, weather can be a factor with some larger outdoor projects. Keep in mind that sometimes the best is to plan projects for the spring, summer, and fall months. Call now and speak to one of our agents about your individual project and they will be able to assess the best time for your project.

8. What kind of warranty do you provide?

We have pride and confidence in the work we do, so we provide a one year workmanship guarantee. Additionally, all installed original manufacturer warranties are in place.

 

9. What happens if plans change during the bathroom or kitchen remodel?

If changes should occur at any time during the bathroom remodeling or kitchen remodeling process, they will be made in writing. Our goal is to avoid any misunderstandings. Our job procedures have been designed to avoid misunderstandings and catch any errors or discrepancies as early in the job as possible. If the unforeseen occurs, we face it, communicate with you, and work to achieve to a mutually satisfactory solution.

 

10. What happens if there are problems after my renovation is completed?

 Elite Contractors Services is proud to stand by its work. Therefore, should a problem arise, we will fix it if it is still under warranty.
